A 6-Year Old’s Travel Journal
On our recent trip to Kauai we had Sydney, our 6-year old daughter, keep a travel journal as part of her school work. Here is what she wrote:

Sydney, I like your travel journal. When you are as old as your parents are it will help you remember the fun time you had when you were 6. Hawaii was a fun place to go. Grandma
Hawaii IS a fun place to go. We wish we were still there. This rainy and cold weather is getting to us!
I love looking back at grandmas journal from England. It is so easy to forget the fun things you do.
Way to go Sydney. You were learning to write by doing your journal. That is important so you can make more travel journals.
