This week we took a trip to visit the Moroccan holy city of Moulay Idriss. In 789 Moulay Idriss arrived at this spot bringing with him the religion of Islam. The green building in the center is the Mausoleum of Idriss I and only Muslims are allowed inside. We arrived just after heavy rains and were rewarded with a dramatic sky and green fields.

It really is beautiful. We could have spent a lot more time there.
